Ethica Group with Alperia in the issue of a partially “retail” green bond
Ethica Group assisted, with the Debt and ECM Advisory teams, Alperia, a leading multi-utility mainly active in Alto Adige and the first carbon neutral utility in public service in Italy, in the structuring of a partly “retail” green bond of €250 millions.
The resources collected will finance new green projects and refinance existing ones. The participation of retail investors is a demonstration of the desire of Italians to contribute individually to the energy transition process and the achievement of environmental sustainability goals. Alperia is in fact committed to reach Net Zero by 2040.
