Ethica Group with Ciemme Alimentari in coordinating the partnership with Hyle Capital Partners
Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Ciemme Alimentari, a leading Italian company in production, distribution and sale of high-end potato gnocchi, in the partnership with Hyle Capital Partners which, with the private equity fund “Finance for Food One”, focuses on Made in Italy and invests in the entire Italian agri-food chain and related services.
Ciemme Alimentari, based in Barletta, today has more than 100 employees and 8 dedicated production lines. Thanks to important technological investments focised on increasing the efficiency of production plants, Ciemme today represents one of the leaders in Italy and is in fact recognized on the market for its high quality, broad product portfolio and production efficiency.
