Ethica Group with Dalma Mangimi in the sale to Nextalia SGR

Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, acted as sell-side advisor in the sale to Nextalia SGR of a controlling stake in Dalma group, Italian leader in  circular economy applied to the production of sustainable feed ingredients.

Founded by the Massa family in 1981, Dalma group has designed and implemented an innovative industrial process to enhance the nutritional value of former foodstuffs – such as pasta, baked goods and confectionery – using them as ingredients in animal feed, with a particular focus on quality and safety, contributing significantly to food waste reduction.

For Nextalia SGR, Dalma group represents the first step towards the realization of an ambitious growth and consolidation plan through acquisitions in Italy and Europe in a key sector for the development of food sustainability.
