Ethica Group with Lodestar in the acquisition of the majority of ICubed
Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, assisted Lodestar, a new company dedicated to support the digital transformation promoted by Bravo Capital Partners, in completing the acquisition of ICubed, a company that provides high-quality IT consultancy and training services for companies medium and large in size.
Lodestar, which began its build-up journey in December 2022 with the acquisitions of Microsys, Zerouno and Geos Consult, today combines the acquisition of ICubed with that of Logical System, thus managing to significantly strengthen its offer and positioning in terms of IT solutions and services, as well as geographical coverage, thus becoming a national player, with significant market references, both in the SME and enterprise sectors, having over 500 professionals, a turnover of approximately €60 million expected for the 2023 financial year and offices in Milan, Turin, Brescia, Jesi, Rome, Salerno, Melfi and Stabio (CH).
