Ethica Global Investments’ Decorluxe Group pursues strategic development through a new acquisition
Continuing the strategic expansion project by implementing the build-up plan, the Gruppo Decorluxe has acquired 100% of La Tinto Spruzzo, a company based in Castelli Calepio (BG), hub for the decoration of products in cosmetics and perfumery sectors. The company counts important players in cosmetic packaging and make-up among its customers and has a new generation UV sputtering system that allows it to better serve the most demanding customers.
