Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Esprinet, a listed group leader in Southern Europe in the consultancy, sale and rental of technological products and IT security, in the acquisition of Lidera Network, a Spanish company active in the distribution of solutions cybersecurity software.
