Ethica Group with 21 Investimenti in the acquisition of Omega Pharma

Ethica Group assisted 21 Investimenti, an investment group founded and led by Alessandro Benetton, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Omega Pharma, a leading Italian company in production and distribution of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics.

Omega Pharma, founded in 1995 by Gianantonio Tomaselli in Cantù, who will continue to lead the company in this new growth path, recorded revenues of ca. €20 million – growing by 15% per year over the last decade – and is highly specialized in some therapeutic fields in particular angiology, gastroenterology, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology and paediatrics.
