Ethica Global Investments acquires Plastmet and creates Gruppo Decorluxe

Ethica Global Investments, an investment company promoted by Ethica Group, announces that its packaging surface processing platform for perfumery, cosmetics and beverages will have a new identity.

Thus was born Gruppo Decorluxe which intends to offer the main international players in perfumery, cosmetics and wine & spirits a complete portfolio of services and decorations that meet the best quality standards of the packaging market.

With the aim of accelerating the growth path of the Decorluxe Group, alongside the acquisitions of Verbar S.r.l. and V.M.C. Mottini S.r.l. in October 2022, was added in July 2023 Plast.Met S.r.l., a company from Cassano d’Adda, which has been offering vacuum metallization and painting services on plastics and glass for the cosmetics and wine & spirits sectors for over 50 years.

In this aggregative context, other companies have already been identified that will become part of Gruppo Decorluxe within the first half of 2024.
