Ethica Group has assisted, with the M&A Advisory team, Athena Holding, an investment vehicle led by Alexandre De Luca, in the finalization of the strategic partnership with Regalidea 1971, a leading supplier of Italian-style branded festive baskets.
Founded in 1971 in Settimo Torinese, Drink International is made up of two main divisions: Regalidea, leader in baskets and gifts for Christmas and Easter, and Green Log, recently established, offering logistics services, handling, storage and packaging, supported bytop tier and strategically positioned plants and warehouses to favor streamlined and efficient distribution.
