Ethica Group with Alfaparf in the acquisition of Xanitalia

Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, supported Alfaparf Group, an Italian multinational company active in the production and marketing of cosmetic products for body and hair care, in the acquisition of 100% of Xanitalia, a Marche-based company headquartered in Pesaro, which produces and markets, both on its own account and for third parties, depilatory waxes and ancillary beauty products.
