Ethica Global Investments acquires a minority stake in ParkinGO Group

Ethica Global Investments has acquired a minority stake in ParkinGO Group, a leader in the management of long-term off-airport car parks with around 80 active locations.

ParkinGO, founded in 1995, has constantly increased its market share thanks to the progressive acquisition of new parking areas and a cutting-edge proprietary technological platform that optimizes the interface with locations and customers. Over time, a series of additional services have gradually been added to the primary offer, including: free shuttles to the airport, surveillance, car washing, car collection at the terminal gate, electric charging stations and sanitisation services.

Furthermore, starting from 2021, ParkinGO Group has simultaneously developed, through the Rentsmart24 brand and through the use of an internally developed technological platform, a short-term car rental service promoted at the main airport locations.
