Ethica Global Investments announces that the Decorluxe Group, a platform for surface packaging processing for perfumery, cosmetics and wine & spirts, has completed two further acquisitions.
Eurovercos, founded by the Locatelli family, with headquarters in Grassobbio in the province of Bergamo, carries out processing activities for third parties in the conventional and UV painting sector with liquid application of organic colors on glass and plastic. Eurovercos is one of the main players in the painting of packaging for perfumery and cosmetics, serving the major brands in the sector that require high quality workmanship.
