Ethica Corporate Finance advised Irsap in the acquisition of UK Heating Group from the private equity fund Encore Capital.

Irsap, founded in 1963 in the province of Rovigo by Livio Zen and Orazio Rossi, is one of the major Italian groups in the heating and cooling sector in Europe.

UK Heating Group, founded in 1998, is one of the leading independent distributors of design radiators in the United Kingdom with over 3.500 points of sale controlled since 2006 by the private equity fund Encore Capital.

Thanks to the acquisition of the UK Heating Group, Irsap aims at consolidating its position in the British market, one of the most relevant in Europe, confirming its intentions of development, expansion and investment in strategic markets.
