Ethica Debt Advisory advised Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. in structuring a subsidized loan and a non-repayable grant granted by the Ministry of Economic Development
Ethica Debt Advisory advised Ansaldo Energia in obtaining from the Ministry of Economic Development a subsidized loan and a non-repayable grant to support an industrial research and experimental development program scheduled for the 2016-2019 period. The grant was provided on the Sustainable Growth Fund according the Sustainable Industry Call, the Legislative Decree no. of October 15, 2014.
The project will allow the Group to acquire new knowledge necessary for the development of innovative design solutions and technological processes applicable to advanced materials, as well as to adopt advanced production systems in order to exceed current limits imposed by standard processes both during prototyping and the manufacture and repair of components.
