Ethica Global Investments acquired a majority stake in Sil Fim S.r.l., a company active from 1985 in the production of customized luxury hoods for the kitchen’s high – end segment.
The company is recognized as one of the main manufacturers of premium products because of its high quality, its technical department and mostly for its great ability of managing the entire production process.
Thanks to its know – how and to its ability in the manufacturing of iron and steel, the company is able to guarantee a complete customization of the products with high quality standards.
The goal of the investment is of positioning the company as the main player in the luxury hoods production leveraging on its technical know – how developed during its history, on its global network of clients and on the managerial skills of the appointed CEO. Furthermore the market offers great opportunities of strategic acquisitions finalized to the strengthening of the market position of the company and possibility of creating relevant synergies with manufacturers of niche products and with engineering companies with the aim of developing R&D activities.
