Ethica Global Investments sells its minority stake in Get My Car

Ethica Global Investments sold, together with other financial partners who had supported its development, its minority share in Get My Car to ParkinGO Group, already the majority shareholder and promoter of the car rental initiative which evolved over the years up to the creation of the Rentsmart24 brand, currently present as a rental service in the main Italian airports and railway stations.

As part of this operation, ParkinGO Group increased its controlling stake in the reference subsidiary for the car rental business in order to continue its future development and increase group synergies.
