Filippo joined Ethica M&A Advisory team in 2020. Filippo boasts twenty years’ experience in the management of M&A transactions, with a specific focus on the Private Equity sector. He previously worked in Mediobanca for 13 years, in EY – Lead Advisory department and was head of financial sponsors coverage at Banca Akros – Banco BPM Group. Filippo has a degree in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets from Milan’s Bocconi University.
