Cosimo Vitola

Cosimo is a founding partner of Ethica Group and Chief Executive Officer of Ethica Holding. During his extensive experience, he has assisted international groups, Italian companies and institutional investors by carrying out over 250 extraordinary finance transactions, particularly in the “Consumer & Retail”, “Business Services” and “Industrial” sectors. He was previously General Manager at Arner Corporate Finance, Head of M&A at Interbanca and Director of the Corporate Finance division at SO.PA.F. Group and at Unicredit Group. Cosimo has an MBA from the Bocconi University in Milan.
