Fausto is founding partner and CEO of Ethica Group. He has over 25 years of experience in carrying out M&A transactions. Fausto has held and continues to hold the role of independent Board Member in some important companies in the “Pharma & Healthcare” and “Consumer & Retail” sectors. Fausto began his career at KPMG where he dealt with Audit and Transaction Services after graduating in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
