Alessandro joined Ethica Group in the M&A Advisory team in 2017 and today he helds the role of Partner. He has worked in Mittel Advisory since 2007, conducting numerous national and cross-border transactions, predominantly in the “Pharma & Healthcare” and “Business Service” sectors. He has previously worked in Investment Banking at Rothschild Italia and Banca Imi. He began his career in New York as an analyst in Capital Market Services and has a degree in Economics and Corporate Law from Milan’s Bocconi University.
